Ministries

Administration and Finance

  • Finance Council meets to council and advise the Pastor in the overall fiscal operations of the parish.
    The council meets once a month, usually the third Monday of the month.

  • Parish Council is a body composed of people from many areas of the Parish; liturgy, Catholic school education, religious education, parish organizations, service ministry, and others. It's role is to serve as an advisory board to the Pastor in matters that insure implementation of the Parish mission.

Hospitality

  • Social Committee is dedicated to providing parishioners with a community of support and faith through various social events. These events enable large numbers of our members to meet, become involved and stay connected to the parish.

  • Ushers & Greeters welcome parishioners and visitors and assist them in finding a seat. During Mass, they collect donations, and guide the communion process. After the Mass, the ushers pass out bulletins.

Liturgy

  • Altar Servers assist with distribution of both the Body and Blood of Christ at Masses. Those involved in this ministry are of any age. Training is provided.

  • Extraordinary Ministries of Holy Communion
    (Mass, Hospitals, Nursing homes, and the homebound)

Religious Education

  • CCD (Confraternity of Christian Doctrine) Grades 1-9

  • RCIA (Right of Christian Initiation for Adults) Age 18+

Service

  • Salesian Cooperators are Catholics who are living the Gospel message in the spirit of Saint John Bosco while choosing to live in the world. Cooperators are single or married lay men and women, or diocesan clergy, who dedicate themselves to the welfare of young people.
    The group meet on the first Saturday of the month.

  • Knights of Columbus are a Catholic men’s society that was formed to render financial aid to members and their families. Mutual aid and assistance offered to sick, disabled and needy members and families. Social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among members and families through various works.
    The group meet on the fourth Tuesday of the month.

  • Women’s Group are a Catholic women's society that strive for the support, empowerment, and to educate all Catholic women in spirituality, leadership, and service.
    The group meet on the first Wednesday of the month except during the summer.
